Shipping Policy

SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

  • Packing and handling time is generally 5 business days.
  • You will receive your order 5-9 business days after order/payment is received depending on your location in Australia. We are based in Melbourne. 
  • All orders are sent tracked with Australia Post. 
  • If you have supplied an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, there will be a $10 re-delivery fee ($15 for express post).
  • If you require your order faster than regular post, please select the express post option for an additional $5.
  • If you need your item urgently please send us an email to ensure we can get your order to you by that date before you order.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Zoosh Vanilla is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

INTERNATIONAL

  • We can ship internationally.
  • The payment for the order does not include international shipping.
  • International Shipping Costs will be quoted separately to the buyer.  
  • Packing and handling time is generally 7 business days.
  • You will receive your order 14 to 21 business days after order/payment is received depending on your location in the world.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

    SHIPPING RATES:

    • $6 flat rate shipping for orders 100g and below (including 3,5,10 & 20 beans) per order.
    • $8 flat rate shipping for orders above 100g but below 500g per order.
    • $10 flat rate shipping for orders above 500g but below 2kg per order.
    • Free shipping for orders of 2kg or more.
    • Express Post is an additional $5.
