Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
  • 2 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin

Instructions:

  1. Heat Mixture: In a saucepan, heat the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla seeds over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add Gelatin: Stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
  3. Chill: Pour into molds and chill in the refrigerator until set, at least 4 hours.
