Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
- 2 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
Instructions:
- Heat Mixture: In a saucepan, heat the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla seeds over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Add Gelatin: Stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
- Chill: Pour into molds and chill in the refrigerator until set, at least 4 hours.
