Vanilla French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • Butter for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla seeds.
  2. Coat Bread: Dip the bread slices in the mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
  3. Fry: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the bread slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Serve: Serve with syrup and fresh fruit.
