Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray.
  2. Prepare Batter: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla seeds, and mix well. Gradually add flour and milk, beginning and ending with flour.
  3. Bake: Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
