Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray.
- Prepare Batter: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla seeds, and mix well. Gradually add flour and milk, beginning and ending with flour.
- Bake: Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
