Vanilla Bean Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare Dough: Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla seeds until fluffy. Gradually add flour and mix until combined.
  3. Bake: Roll out dough and cut into shapes. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
