Vanilla Bean Scones

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Dough: Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add vanilla seeds and milk, mixing just until combined.
  3. Bake: Shape dough into a circle, cut into wedges, and bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
