Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Mix Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla seeds until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Bake: Pour over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, until the center is set.
- Chill: Cool and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
