Vanilla Bean Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Zoosh Vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 3 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Mix Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla seeds until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Bake: Pour over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, until the center is set.
  5. Chill: Cool and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
